Privacy Policy of BMC Tech Services
Milma BMC Tech Services is a mobile application that is used to monitor the Societies having bulk milk coolers to having different levels of activities. This is basically for collecting the data from that attached BMC under the direct control of Dairy with the help of technicians who are allocated to each BMC Society.
The parameters mainly focus on capturing the data related to DG monitoring, diesel purchasing, DG logs, milk dispatch tanker details, capturing the silo information to calculate the milk quantity, Capturing FAT and SNF from the analyzer to BMC Software, and capturing the temperature. This will also collect the periodic preventive maintenance of installed Bulk Milk Coolers (BMCs), Breakdown maintenance of BMCs, Periodic Preventive Maintenance of installed Diesel Generators (DGs), Co-ordinating with the vendors during the breakdown of DG sets, Managing Spares for BMC maintenance, Ensuring proper working of installed BMCs, DGs and HRUs (Heat Recovery Units).
Ensuring proper functioning of the refrigeration system of BMCs, thereby ensuring uninterrupted chilling in rural areas. This data is used mainly for official analysis purposes at the Head office and PI Units and for analyzing the status of BMCs in real-time.
